Hoonah
This Tlingit Native American village of about 2,000 folks is located on Port Frederick on the north end of Chichagof Island. During our extra stay here we found many small, pleasant surprises. One secret to great photography is to slow down, and so we did, marveling in the details we found.
Near the harbor, a big blue dumpster provide a simple backdrop to these humble weeds.
