Fresh Seafood

The Delphinus features great seafood on its menus, sometimes bought straight from the fishing boats or fish processing plants. But on this trip, Brian Hayes and Sarah Murray magnificently supplemented our meals with fresh-caught salmon and Dungeness crab. Yum! And thanks Brian and Sarah!
