Wickersham Wall, highest vertical land cliff on earth, wows visitors to Denali National Park. Betty has numerous photos of this mountain, in color and black and white, from all sides, in both 35mm and 6x7 formats. In 1997 she chartered a skiplane and circumnavigated the peak, which is the highest in North America. On this flight she took numerous photos of the Ruth Gorge as well as of the mountain. In 2006 she spent a nearly a week in the park, using Camp Denali as a headquarters for her photographic adventures. Hundreds of photos were made at this time. See a few of them here.
